Kohinoor: How a TV Series Reimagined India's Lost Diamond
In 2005, a unique TV series called "Kohinoor: The Search Continues" aired on Sahara One, posing the question - what if the Kohinoor diamond in England is fake and the real one is still hidden in India? Join me as I dive deep into this fascinating show that was truly ahead of its time.
The story follows 26-year-old Iravati "Ira" Kohli (played by Kuljeet Randhawa), a London-based historian who comes to India for an art auction. She gets entangled in a mystery after an elderly man, Kunal Singh Rathod, urgently wants to meet her but is then found murdered. With her name written in blood at the crime scene, Ira becomes the prime suspect.
A mysterious agent named Samar Khanna helps Ira escape custody, claiming the real killer is a shadowy figure called Kali. Together, Ira and Samar embark on a quest to solve clues left by Rathod and uncover the truth behind the Kohinoor diamond.
Sadly, the show was cancelled prematurely in December 2005 after just 39 episodes out of a planned 60, leaving the mystery unresolved. Even more tragically, lead actress Kuljeet Randhawa passed away just 55 days after the final episode aired.
I scoured the internet and tried to piece together details from the unaired episodes, revealing more about Ira's past and the curse of the Kohinoor. But many questions remain unanswered.
Join me in appreciating this groundbreaking Indian series that captivated a generation with its blend of history, mystery, and adventure. And let's remember the talented Kuljeet Randhawa who brought the iconic Iravati Kohli to life.
Keywords: Kohinoor The Search Continues, Iravati Kohli, Kuljeet Randhawa, Sahara One, Indian TV series, mystery, adventure, history, curse of Kohinoor, Koh-i-noor diamond, unsolved mystery, cancelled TV shows

I agree that Bengalis are more expressive than any other ethnicities in India.... My mother is a tribal and my father is a Bengali .... I see the difference between relatives of both the sides though both sides loves me but i see Bengali relatives are more expressive thn my maternal relatives.......

I dont think budhhism or jainism comes in the hacker mode . The monastic cultures as i understand solely focuses in the individual or self and pushes oneslf into oblivion (nirvana). Relationship with others are neglected . True hacker mode would be discovering one true self with help of relationship with others and inturn help other to realise the truth . Which pushes one into unioun (Bhrama-nirvana).
